In Class: Freewriting essay 2 topic

The topic of my essay is should unmaned aerial aircrafts replace combat fighter pilots. This is a topic I am very interested in. I read Aviation Weekly and this is one of the issues commonly mentioned. I can support both sides on this question, but if I were to write about this topic I would know what side to choose, and that would be no, not to replace them with unmaned aircrafts.

No, I do not believe that unmaned combat aerial aircrafts should replace fighter pilots. I have many reasons to support my opinion. I do not think that the military should rely on technology for war. It would almost be like controlling war on a video game. However, the only good side to this is that it would save the lives of many men who do fly aircrafts during combat missions. But I do not know all the information about unmaned aerial aircrafts so I plan on researching this topic more to where my opinion will be better supported or could be changed.

Answering this question will help me and others to understand the issues rising in the military right now and what they are doing about the war regarding technology. I will also be better informed about how fast the technology has advanced and how the military plans on using it over or with military.
